He has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including compliance with international, federal, state, and local employment laws, drafting and negotiating contracts, employment and severance agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and defending employers in disputes related to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour compliance. He has represented employers before administrative agencies, and in federal and state court.
In addition to his labor and employment practice, Ben provides general commercial counsel to organizations, assisting with customer and vendor contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and general business advisory. He also leverages his certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) to guide clients on data privacy matters, including compliance with the CCPA and GDPR.
Eitan Frysh is an accomplished entertainment and intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. Most recently having served as General Counsel for DreamCrew, Eitan managed legal affairs for various entities associated with the performing artist Drake and his business partner, Future.
With a seasoned career, Eitan has successfully advised clients on matters involving the international distribution of intellectual property, consumer goods manufacturing, live events, marketing, licensing, music publishing and negotiating complex commercial transactions. His experience includes working with high-profile clients and managing complex legal matters across multiple business entities.
