Do I have to commit to one engagement model?
No. Many clients start with a single matter on an hourly or project basis, and move into on-demand general counsel once that relationship proves out. Others mix models as needs change. We structure things around what makes sense for your business, not a fixed package.

What's the difference between on-demand general counsel and hiring a full-time GC?
On-demand general counsel gives you a senior legal partner—available for issue-spotting, strategy, and day-to-day questions—at a flat monthly fee, without the cost of a full-time hire (often a fraction of the mid to high six-figures that a seasoned in-house GC commands. You get the same embedded relationship, just scaled to fit.

If I engage with you as general counsel, do I still need other firms?
Usually not. Our partners bring enough breadth across corporate, commercial, labor and employment, IP, and financing to serve as your entire outside legal function, and we lean on trusted co-counsel for anything outside our depth.
