Ben is a versatile attorney with a focus on labor and employment law and general commercial matters. He has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including compliance with international, federal, state, and local employment laws, drafting and negotiating contracts, employment and severance agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and defending employers in disputes related to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour compliance. He has represented employers before administrative agencies, and in federal and state court.

In addition to his labor and employment practice, Ben provides general commercial counsel to organizations, assisting with customer and vendor contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and general business advisory. He also leverages his certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) to guide clients on data privacy matters, including compliance with the CCPA and GDPR.

Ben’s well-rounded practice is built on years of experience working at a large law firm and holding several senior in-house counsel positions including at Coca-Cola Refreshments, Publicis Groupe and SecurityScorecard, Inc. (a Google and Sequoia-backed cybersecurity SaaS company). His pragmatic approach and ability to balance legal compliance with practical business needs make him a trusted advisor to his clients.
